MEMBERSHIP

To join the Wagga Wagga Cycling Club it will cost you $5 dollars a year. You can join as a competitive or non-competitive member. Membership gives you the right to have a say in how the club functions.

LICENCES

To be able to race in Club events, Interclub events, State events and National events  you need to hold an Australian Cycling Federation Licence.  You also need a licence to participate in Club training events as well.

By joining the Wagga Wagga Cycling Club you become affiliated to the NSW Cycling Federation and Cycling Australia. Once your membership has been processed an ACF racing licence is issued to you. This allows you to compete in any sanctioned cycling events in Australia and is used to verify your Club and State membership when entering and registering for events.

The Club has a Licencing Secretary that can issue a temporary licence and receipt for monies received. Your details and monies are then forwarded to the NSW Cycling Federation who will then processes your application and post out your Licence to you. Our current Licence Secretary is  Liz Regan and she can be contacted on 0400803709.

You can purchase a licence at anytime but if you join in October the Federation has a grace period for new members. You can purchase a 12 month licence at the beginning of October and this gives you coverage for 15 months - so you get 3 months for free!

The Federation also has a six month licence that is available from the 01 July of each year. Day Licences are also available. Go Here for more info on membership, costs, insurance etc

The cost of a licence varies depending on your age group. Contact Liz to find out how much a licence will cost.
